Our Growing Baby...

We  have so much fun watching Jackson grow.  He is growing faster than either of us realized was possible.  He smiles now and most recently rolled over :) I thought he just did it by accident but when I put him back on his belly he rolled again and then again! Jack is also sleeping at least 6 hours in the night with occasional 7 hours.  We are loving that!! 

 As far as Preston and I, we are busy busy parents.  Preston's schooling has started to require more of him and he is gone quite a bit.  He is enjoying getting deeper into his classes and career path.  I am back to work part time and so grateful it is only part time.  I love being back with all my co-workers but love even more being able to go home after 4 hours to see my baby.  Preston and I are switching through out the day spending time with Jack and realize how crazy our schedules can be but we are making it work :) We look forward to going back to Utah in a few weeks for Jacks baby blessing!

Tummy Time

I asked him if he was ready to go for a walk and that we  needed to take a picture and this was his response.  I love this little boy so much!!

We've made it a MONTH!

Our baby boy is now a little over 1 month old and he continues to be the best baby anyone could ever ask for.  We have had so much fun with family over the past few weeks and Jackson has enjoyed getting to know his grandparents and aunts and uncle.

This past week Angie and Corey came to visit and we had so much fun.  I was so spoiled and Jack was spoiled even more :)  We shopped at amazing outlets, ate amazing BBQ, and discovered a GREAT Mexican Restaurant.  We of course hit the Alamo.  I am pretty sure Pres and I should be experts by now on the history of the Alamo, but to be honest I forget the details of it every time we go haha.  History is just not my thing...sorry Dad. 

We went to some amazing outlets and I found this onesie for like $4, so I had to get it.  I thought it fit perfectly :)  He has a pretty concerned look on his face though - as if questioning me about my choice, haha.

Eating out at Chuy's, great Mexican Restaurant!! The shrimp tacos were to die for and our waiter was AMAZING.

This is a very common look we get.  It's as if he isn't sure he was sent to the right home.  "Ummm you put me with these people?!" haha.  We love him so much. We are so glad we got him!
